Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Orders will not be processed over weekends.

If I'm experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, I will contact you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All shipping will be done using Royal Mail unless otherwise specified.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

If your order is being shipped internationally or you have selected for tracked shipping within the UK, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

I am not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

Please ensure you double check that you have written the correct address before making your order. If you need to make an amendment later or let me know of any delivery notes to add, please contact me through the contact page as soon as possible.

I will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and I am unable to recover the package as a result.
